G.B. Hale
Privacy policy
Last updated 3 October 2026.
This policy covers the G.B. Hale website. For a privacy question, email support@gbhale.co.uk.
What we hold
- If you email us, we keep your address, your message, and our reply, so we can deal with the enquiry.
- The members form on this website checks the details you type. It does not create an account and it does not store your password.
- An order is taken on the next page, after you choose Check availability. Card numbers are not entered or stored on this website.
- The server may keep a short technical log, such as the time of a visit, so the site can be kept running.
- A Meta pixel on this website records a page view and may set a cookie, so we can see which visits reach the site. Meta’s own notice covers what they do with that.
Why
We use that information to answer you, to limit the clearance to three packages a customer, and to run the site. The legal bases are a step you asked us to take, and our interest in answering a message and keeping the site working.
How long
Emails are kept while the question is open, and for as long as we need them if a delivery, a refund, or a legal duty is still in play. Technical logs are kept only as long as the host needs them to run the site.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your details. A host that serves this website may process a technical log for us. The page that takes the order handles payment and delivery details under its own notice.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are allowed to. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Start by emailing support@gbhale.co.uk.
