Delivery and returns

Delivery

UK delivery is included in the clearance price. We send to UK addresses. The timing is confirmed when the order is accepted. If a package does not arrive, email us and we will trace it, send a replacement, or refund you.

If you change your mind

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the package, as long as the seal is still intact. Email us inside that time. Once the seal is broken we cannot take the tablets back, for hygiene. We refund the price you paid, including delivery, by the same method, once we have the unopened package back or have agreed another course with you.

If something is wrong

If the package arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, email us. We will replace it or refund it. This does not limit your legal rights.
